When we install our equipment at a multi-unit complex, we make every effort to deliver the fastest speeds possible. Many factors contribute to how fast those speeds are when they reach our customers.
Unfortunately, two factors that we are unable to control are: existing cabling and existing conduit paths. We've found that we encounter these factors most often in buildings over 20 years old. That's not to say that we can't deliver high speeds to older buildings, but in buildings built in the last 20 years, we can usually deliver our fastest speeds of 300 Mbps downloads and 200 Mbps uploads.
