9:14 AM: We have isolated the issue, and a technician is scheduled for on-site repairs this afternoon. The Estimated Time of Resolution is 5 PM.
It was discovered the outage was caused by damage to the fiber lines. Rats have chewed into the buildings infrastructure and through our fiber lines. We expect the repairs to be completed by this evening.
