Monday 3/9/26 5:00 AM - Network outage In the Fremont Area

5:00 AM: We are currently seeing a network outage in the Fremont Area.  Customers in the area may experience no internet currently.  Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update 7:30 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for further investigation and repairs.

Update 8:30 AM: Our technician in the field has confirmed the outage has been caused by vandalism. Repairs are currently underway and we will be sure to provide an update with an estimated time of repair as soon as possible.

Update 1:44 PM: A fiber field technician is working on fixing the problem. We are currently waiting for an update from the fiber provider on when the issue will be resolved.
