Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
12:30 PM: Our fiber vendor engineers are still actively working towards a resolution.
3:40 PM: This issue is affecting multiple sites on our network. Our fiber vendor engineers are still actively working towards a resolution. We do not have an ETA at this time.
5 PM: We have escalated this issue as high as possible to our fiber vendor and we are still waiting for updates. There is no estimated time of repair.

Update 6:00 AM: Thank you for your patience and understanding. Service has been restored at Terra Serena and The Jade. We are still actively investigating the outage at Bakery Lofts.
