8:30 AM: We are currently seeing a outage in the area. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 8:50 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
Update 10 AM: Our engineers and field technicians are still actively working towards a resolution.
Update 12:15 PM: Our engineering team’s repairs did not fully resolve the issue. We continue to actively work towards a resolution. Some customers may be without service.
Update 5:22 PM: Current ETR for service is Mon 9AM. We are awaiting resources fix the down equipment and will make repairs sooner if possible.
