6:44 PM: We are currently experiencing a partial network outage in the San Jose area. Customers in the area may have no internet connectivity.
This outage is related to an ongoing PG&E power disruption. At this time, backup battery power has been depleted, and service will remain impacted until commercial power is restored. PG&E’s estimated restoration time is approximately 11:00 PM PST, though this may change.
Our team is actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
The majority of the outage was resolved on 4/12/26 around 7:45 PM.

Some customers service did not restore once the power outage was resolved. Our network operations team is working to fix the issue.
Repairs have been completed and services restored.
