Dear Sail Internet Customer,
In the last week, some customers have been experiencing dropouts in connectivity. In some cases, this has occurred once, while others are experiencing recurring disconnects about once a day. When this occurs, customers are experiencing a short outage of about 10 minutes. After that period their connection is restored and fully functional once again.
Our engineering team has narrowed down the cause of these dropouts. However, we have not found a permanent resolution. Tomorrow morning, we are implementing a temporary solution. We hesitate to do invasive maintenance while we enter the weekend.
We will begin working towards a permanent solution early next week. For the time being, your connection should remain stable and at full performance during this weekend. We will provide additional updates as information becomes available.

Update 4/5/22: We have implemented a temporary fix that alleviates this problem for most customers. A permanent fix will be implemented at a later time. We have so far not recieved any new cases regarding this same issue.
