8:30 PM: We are aware of the partial outage at the Park Merced Townhomes, and apologize for the service outage you are experiencing.
We confirmed that the outage is due to a power issue to the equipment in the boiler room.
We have reached out to the HOA Team to get that power restored to that location as soon as possible, we are waiting on an update from that team.
Resolved 5 PM: Thank you for your patience and understanding. We have a confirmation that the power is restored to the location with our equipment and the service should be restored. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
