11:40 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Contempo & Traditions community in the Milpitas area. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 11:56 AM: We have confirmed with the Contempo HOA that electrical maintenance is currently in progress at the property, with electricians on site. This work is expected to be completed sometime this afternoon. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as soon as service is restored.
Update 3:21 PM: Our team is on site installing another backup battery to continue to provide service to the surrounding areas. Customers may see a brief loss of service during this time.
Update: 6:30 PM: We have been informed by the HOA that there is an issue with power in the building. They are sending out an electrician to have the issue fixed but no estimated time of repair. As soon as we have more information we will update but internet services will be down until power is restored.
Update 7:30 AM: We have a technician heading to the site to install another battery backup to restore the service, we will update with any information we receive from the HOA team.
Update 8:00 AM: We have the equipment on battery backup and the service should be up at this time. We are reaching out to the HOA to get an ETA for when this electrical issue will be repaired, we will update here as soon as we have any from them.
Update 9:00 AM: There is a partial outage at your location due to the ongoing building power issue. We have been told by the HOA that there will be an electrician out today to make the repairs to restore the power for the remaining equipment that is not able to be on backup power.
Resolved 3 pm: Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our team has confirmation the power issue has been repaired and the service should be restored. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
