7 AM: We are currently seeing a network outage in the Emeryville, Oakland and Berkeley area. Customers in the area may experience no internet currently. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 8:20 AM: We have confirmation that a technician team is on their way out to the effected site.
Update 10 AM: The team on site is identifying the cause of the outage currently.
Update 12:30 PM: There are technicians on site working with electrical engineers to restore the power to the equipment as soon as possible.
Update 4:30 PM: The technician was unable to fully resolve the issue. Additional work is needed and will continue tomorrow. We are actively working toward a resolution and will provide updates as they become available. No etr at this time.
