Update 10:12 AM: Our field technician has arrived on-site and is actively investigating the cause of the outage.
Update 11:00 AM: Roof contractors moved our equipment mast as part of a full roof replacement. We were not notified about this work in advance, and the shift in mast position has disrupted the dish alignment, causing the service interruption.
We’re coordinating with building management to confirm when we can safely access the roof to realign the dish. Service will be restored as soon as we are permitted to return to the roof.
