9:30 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage at Parc on Powell Apts in the Emeryville area. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
11:15 AM: There is an electrical issue in Building A causing the partial outage. An electrician is on the way, and service will return once power is restored.
5:08 PM: The electrical issue has been resolved, but the network is still down. Because access is closed after hours, we will be sending a technician tomorrow at 9 am once the leasing office is open to continue repairs.
