Update 6:20 PM - Repair efforts could not be fully completed this evening. Our technician will return on-site early tomorrow morning to continue restoration work and ensure service is fully restored as soon as possible.

Update 7 AM - 11 AM: We do not have access to the rooftop where our equipment is located due to construction work. This roof work has caused the outage and we are reaching out to property management looking for a solution.
