11:33 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Mariani Square and The 88 community in San Jose. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 12:54 PM: Paxio technicians are currently on site performing repairs to restore service in the affected area.
Update 4:22 PM: Paxio has identified a fiber cut as the cause of the outage. Paxio technicians are working to restore services and have not been able to provide an estimated time of repair.
Update 6:28 PM: Paxio has provided an ETR of 7 AM tomorrow morning. Actual time for restoration may be sooner as your fiber connection has been made a priority for repairs. We will share additional updates as more information becomes available. Our team is also working on an alternative solution to restore service.
Update 8:48 PM: Our team has installed a backup network link at Mariani and restored service. The fiber link ETR is 7AM tomorrow. Customers with a static IP will need to switch their connection to DHCP temporarily until the fiber link is restored. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection, please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
The 88 is still down until tomorrow.
