1:30 PM: We are currently investigating an issue that may currently affect a few customers. We suspect this is a DHCP-related issue. Customers may not be able to access the internet because they may not be able to obtain an IP address. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
2:20 PM: We had identified the root cause of the DHCP issue. A fix was implemented at 2:10 pm and we are seeing customers obtain IP addresses once again.
