Currently, there is a partial network outage at Elevation 22 due to failed equipment. Our team is replacing and upgrading this equipment today, which will require downtime for all customers at Elevation 22.
Once the work is completed, service will be fully restored for all customers. We apologize for the short notice, but it was likely that the remaining equipment would also fail, so we are addressing it proactively.
Once the maintenance is completed, we will send out an additional notice.
