11:15 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the San Jose area at Jackson Park. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 11:26 AM: We’ve scheduled a field technician to arrive by 3:00 PM PT to perform repairs for the partial outage.
Update 3:25 PM: Our field technician was on-site but could not complete repairs due to a power issue affecting parts of the Jackson Park community since this morning. We’re attempting to get in contact with Property Management to get an estimated time of restoration and will provide another update as soon as more information is available.
Update 3:58 PM: We have made contact with the HOA. They are working on sending an electrician today to restore power. We do not have an estimated time for restoration yet.
