Network Outage - Green Pads, The Aquatic and The Jade [Resolved]

Technicians are working to restore services at the following locations Green Pads, The Aquatic and The Jade.

The Aquatic should have two of the three buildings restored this evening. Technicians will return tomorrow morning to complete work on the 3rd building. 

Update: All 3 buildings internet services have been restored as of 7:30 PM on 7/28.

The Jade and Green pads will have services restored tomorrow 7/29.

12:20 PM: Repairs are still in progress. We are working with Paxio and awaiting a confirmed completion time. We will share further updates as soon as available. 

Due to complications The Jade and Green pads will continue to be worked on tomorrow 7/30.

1:29 PM: Service at The Jade Node has been restored. Green Pads is still in progress.

Resolved 2:50 PM: Thank you for your patience and understanding. Service has been restored at all locations. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
