10:09 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage at The Palms community in Santa Clara. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 12:43 PM: We have identified a power issue in the building that is affecting internet connectivity. We are currently coordinating with the HOA to help resolve the issue. We will be installing a battery backup system later today around 5:00 PM to help restore the connection. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as we make progress.

Update 1:54 PM: We’re currently experiencing a partial network outage at The Palms community. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is dispatching a field technician to perform repairs. We’ll share another update as soon as we have more information.
