Update 6:21 PM: Service has been restored. The outage was caused by unapproved equipment overheating the room where our network equipment is located.
Update 8:47 PM: Our equipment has gone offline again. A technician will be dispatched to make repairs.

Update 9:40 PM: Service has been restored. The unapproved equipment has been turned off to prevent disruption, and additional cooling has been added to our equipment.
