12:42 PM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Milpitas area at the Palazzo Community. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 2:17 PM: We have identified a power issue in the building that is affecting internet connectivity. We are currently coordinating with the HOA to help resolve the issue. We will be installing a battery backup system later today around 5:00 PM to help restore connection. We appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as we make progress.
