11:46 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Alameda area.  Customers in the area may experience no internet connection.  Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update 3:25 PM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
