2/28 7:20 AM: Our team is still investigating and is working to dispatch a technician as soon as possible to the affected areas.
8:00 AM: A Technician has been dispatched to the affected areas for repairs.
9:30 AM: Our technician has found a hardware issue. We are working to replace this hardware as soon as possible
