The Sail network is currently experiencing multiple localized problems due to PG&E outages and severe thunderstorms. Please be patient while we investigate. We will provide updates as soon as possible.
10:28AM UPDATE: We have restored service to affected customers in the Weibel and Warm Springs areas in Fremont, as well as to northern parts of Milpitas. We are still working on restoring failing equipment for a few customers in the Vineyards-Avalon area of Fremont. There are several locations with extended PG&E or Silicon Valley Power outages where we are also installing secondary power backups. In some cases, installing these secondary backups may cause a 5 minute interruption. If you are still experiencing an outage outside the Vineyards-Avalon area in Fremont, please email us at sailsupport@sailinternet.com .
12:28PM UPDATE: At this time, we believe we have solved all issues related to the Sail network, and we are providing backup power to all areas still affected by PG&E outages. We are now focusing on helping individual customers who are still reporting no internet.
