Add or change your credit card information in the Customer Portal

1.    Log in to the customer portal:   http://www.sailinternet.com/login

2.    After you log in, go to Account -> Personal Information:

3.    To ADD A CREDIT CARD, Click Here:

4.    To Turn On AUTO-PAYMENT, You Must Add A Credit Card and Make Sure The AUTO-PAYMENT SWITCH IS TURNED ON:

5.    To Edit an Existing Credit Card, You Must DELETE THE OLD CREDIT CARD and then ADD A NEW CARD.  (You cannot change a Credit Card Number Using “Edit”)

For The Safety and Security of your Payment information, we do not keep full credit card numbers in our system.
