Early Termination Fee Relief Program

Sail will credit up to $200 (approximately 4 months) of any early termination fee (ETF) you incur when switching to our service. This credit will be applied monthly to your Sail bill. The amount of credit you will receive depends on the amount of your termination fee. 

To activate the program, please forward a digital copy of your final statement showing your name, matching address, and the termination fee from your previous provider to sailsupport@sailinternet.com.

 We will credit your account accordingly within 30 days.
