We are currently experiencing a network problem with backbone fiber connections in the following areas:

- Milpitas (Railroad Ave/Embassy Suites)

- Fremont (Christy Rd)

- San Francisco (Brannan)

The problem started at 08:28am.

If you are a customer within these areas, your internet connection may currently be down.

We are working with the fiber provider to restore service. We will provide another update in one hour.
