We are currently investigating an issue which may currently affect a few customers. We suspect this is DHCP- and/or RADIUS-related (internal db). Customers may not be able to access the internet because they may not be able to obtain an IP address. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
8/18 at 1PM - We have isolated the issue to a synchronization problem in the database cluster. Engineering has implemented a fix, so things should be coming back to normal now.
