10 PM: A small outage started in the Milpitas area around 9:56 PM. A technician will be sent out early tomorrow morning to make repairs.
7:30 AM: Our technician is on site making repairs now.
8 AM: The equipment needs to be replaced and the new equipment is being configured now.
9 AM: The new equipment is fully configured and will be installed soon.
10:07 AM: New equipment has been installed and the outage has been resolved. You should be back online but if you having any trouble please restart your PoE and router by powering it off and back on. Restarting the PoE is the most important and it takes 3 minutes to reboot.
