5:50 PM: We are currently observing our network equipment down in areas of Milpitas and San Jose due to a PGE issue. Our team is currently investigating and will update as soon as possible
6:00PM: We are dispatching a technician into the field to provide additional backup power. ETA at this time is 6:45 PM.
7:15 PM: We have installed backup power to restore connection at select locations - however, certain areas without power may still be without connection due to PG&E.
10:00 PM: Power has been restored in the Milpitas and San Jose areas and our equipment is online and functional
