10:02 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
10:24 AM: Our technician is on-site investigating the cause of the outage.
10:43 AM: Our technician found that PG&E is performing work in the area this morning which has impacted our services. We estimate that service will be restored around 1 PM.
12:34 PM: We installed a battery backup and services were restored.
3:50 PM: PG&E updated their time of power restoration to 8 PM. We will need to swap over chargers to our battery backup every few hours to keep services going. There may be a brief interruption of service during this process.
7:00 PM: PG&E is still estimating a restoration time of 8 PM - however, our team was able to swap battery backup to maintain services in the area.
7:45 PM: PG&E has restored power in the area.
