7:10 AM Update: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
7:45 AM Update: Our engineers and field technicians are still actively working towards a resolution on-site to restore the service.
9:00 AM Update: The technician on site is continuing to make repairs and has estimated services should be restored in an hour or less.
10 AM Update: Repairs are ongoing, and we hope to have services restored soon.
8:45 AM Update: Our engineers and field technicians have determined the cause of the outage and are replacing the equipment to restore the service as soon as possible.
