2:08 PM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Parkmerced Community in the San Francisco area. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 2:21 PM: Our engineers and field technicians have determined the cause of the network outage, which appears to be a power outage affecting our networking equipment. The building maintenance has been informed to help restore power at the telco location. No ETA on restoration currently.
