Update 10:27 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
Update 12:25 PM: Our field technician found that PG&E has been conducting work in the area this morning which may have affected our services. Our investigation is still ongoing.
Update 3:30 PM: PG&E has cut through a few of our Fiber lines causing the outage. Our field team will be working late into the night to complete repairs.
Resolved 10:00 PM: Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our team has resolved the network ourage.. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
