2:36 PM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Santa Clara area.  Customers in the area may experience no internet connection.  Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update 2:50 PM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.

Resolved 4:58 PM: Thank you for your patience and understanding.  Our team has resolved the network outage.  If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
