11:16 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the San Mateo area. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection. Our team is currently investigating and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
Update 11:50 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
Update 1:05 PM: Our engineers and field technicians have determined the cause of the network outage and are making the appropriate repairs.
Update 2:52 PM: Our engineers and field technicians are still actively working towards a resolution.
Update 4:36 PM: Our engineering team has verified that our fiber feed is the root cause of this outage. Our Fiber vendor has dispatched a field technician to work on repairs. We will provide more updates as information becomes available.
Update 5:43 PM: At this time our fiber vendor is having difficulties dispatching a field technician to work on repairs. Due to this unfortunate circumstance - we do not expect this network outage to be resolved tonight. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work to resolve this outage as soon as possible.

Update 7:13 PM: Our Fiber vendor has dispatched a field technician for repairs.
Update 9:15 PM: Our Fiber vendor is onsite and conducting tests to decipher the proper course of repairs.
Update 2:15 AM 12/9/22: Thank you for your patience. Our Fiber vendor has made repairs and service has been restored.
