What is your Privacy Policy around the actual internet service usage?  

Sail does not block, throttle, or prioritize any particular website or online service.  In the event of network congestion, each individual customer, website, and online service is treated in an equal and non-discriminatory basis. Sail does not monitor track or collect any data about where Sail customers go or do on the Internet. We do not store permanently nor share with third parties information regarding Internet service usage of individual customers.

Sail does monitor aggregate per-customer bandwidth usage for network infrastructure management purposes.  Sail also monitors aggregate bandwidth usage at each location where the Sail network interfaces to the Internet, again for network management and planning purposes.
