8:00 PM: Due to an unexpected fire, we are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Foster City Area. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection.
We will need to dispatch a team tomorrow to work on bringing the connection back online.
At this time we currently do not have an ETR.
Once we have more information we will send out an additional update.

Update 11:31 AM: Fire-damaged equipment will need to be relocated to restore service. A site survey is underway this afternoon to prepare for field technicians to complete the work tomorrow. We currently do not have an ETR, but will provide our next update as soon as possible.
