10:43 AM Update: We are dispatching a technician to the affected site to help restore power to our equipment. We currently estimate that service will be fully restored by 12:00 PM.
11:26 AM Update: Our technician has successfully added a temporary battery backup to power the equipment. Services should be returning to normal while we await PG&E to fully restore utility power to the area.
