We are currently experiencing a network outage affecting customers in the Berryessa area of San Jose. The problem started at 12:13am. If you are a customer within this region, your internet connection may currently be down.
We have remotely identified the location of the problem, and a team is on the way to further investigate the cause. We will provide another update by 1:30am.

[1:30 AM - Update] Our team verified that all equipment is working properly, but identified that a fiber backhaul link is currently down. We have contacted our fiber provider and we expect they will be able to inspect the fiber and correct any problem in the morning. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
[2:30 AM - Update] The issue was corrected by our fiber provider. Service should be back for all affected customers.
