At aproximately 8:20pm to 9:45pm we discovered that a networking device in one of the homes in the Rivermark area began injecting troublesome traffic into the network which interrupted service. Engineering has isolated the source and blocked this traffic. We have no reason to believe that this was a malicious act. We are working with the customer to resolve the cause. We are also looking into security measures to prevent this from happening again in the future.
