For every apartment building or condominium building we serve, we have infrastructure installed in your building. Once that is completed (usually in less than 60 days from its start), you need a WiFi router that plugs into the ethernet connection in your home. This is the only hardware that must be installed.
We have a gigabit backbone feeding your building over a wireless link. Our infrastructure is designed for 99.5% uptime. We have 24x7 monitoring with engineers on call 24x7. Since this is residential service, we do not have a formal service level agreement. We are confident our customers will tell you that our service and response time is very good. Sail is prepared to add additional equipment to maintain or improve the level of service we promise, if necessary.
