10:00 AM: We are currently seeing a partial network outage in the Sunnyvale area due to a power outage. Customers in the area may experience no internet connection.
Update 10:40 AM: Our engineering team is sending a technician into the field for repairs.
Update 11:46 AM: Our engineers and field technicians have determined the cause of the network outage and are making the appropriate repairs.
Update 12:38 PM: Our field technician found no power in two telco closets in a building where our network switches were located. Our technician is going to pick up a UPS to connect the equipment as a temporary solution.
Resolved 2:00 PM: Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our team has resolved the network outage. If you are still experiencing problems with your connection please power cycle your primary router and equipment.
