We have identified that users with ASUS routers have been experiencing slow or intermittent internet connection. Power cycling the router will only bring the connection back online for a short period of time.
To fix this issue, we believe our customers will need to log into the ASUS router diagnostics and update to the newest firmware manually. If this does not solve the issue, you may need to reach out to ASUS customer support for additional assistance.
